Operation
​
Simply load slips into open former up to the backstop
This operation takes 20 seconds
​
Closing the guard door initiates the automatic forming sequence.
Forming complete in 17 seconds
• Side clamps automatically align the pack of slips
• Jaw closes to constrain long end of pistol
• Bed folds to form 90 degree sort end of pistol
• Nose punch extends to fully form the external corner of the pistol
• Nose punch, jaw, bed and side clamps return to home position
